I love your recommendations. As a beginner, I was wondering if the WordPress default theme 2016 can be used for ads and Adsense space. ( mostly because there are full 2 hour tutorials on this but not many on the above themes, which in fact are a bit nicer) .. any help is appreciated

Our mag theme would be great for this, it allow you to easily ads below the slider on the homepage. You can use Adpress (http://85ideas.com/plugins/best-wordpress-ad-management-plugins/) to facilitate users self-serving. Let me know how you get on?

Hi I’m planning to build a magazine type theme. But I want to sell ad space on it. I want users to be able to register and login securely and choose what type of ad they want to post (featured home page or side bar ad.) Please advise on how I can achieve that and weather any of the above themes in combo with a plugin can work. Thank in Advanced………

I was talking about the SSMAG theme and Sight. Both don’t seem to have ad spaces built in.

Hi Srhzaidi,

They should all have ad space built in as standard, let me know which theme you are looking at and I can give further advice. It’s also worth checking out this article: http://85ideas.com/plugins/best-google-adsense-wordpress-plugins/ to enhance whatever theme you decide to go with.

I run a few Adsense site personally and have done quite a bit of tweaking and testing over the years which I have tried to implement in our theme. We have a few more ad placements to include, but it’s worth considering.

I’m using the “Hueman” theme – it’s very flexible and it’s free, however I haven’t tested it with Adsense yet. I’ll let you know when they accept my application.

Hey, I think you got the wrong link on the Boldr Lite theme. It redirects to the SSMAG page when I click. But all in all great review.
