I am looking to develop a website where registered users to share there own YouTube videos (max YouTube size) and then receive feedback on their videos either directly, and privately or in an open forum where others can also provide feedback.

The main stipulation is that users can only post YouTube videos.

Can you recommend any themes/Plugin’s that can do this?

My experience with BodyBoss was a nightmare. It didn’t install after 30 hours and they didn’t want to send me a refund. so I will try Kleo. it looks far better and the design of their demos is simply amazing! I should hae spent that 30 hours doing more research instead!

I’ve narrowed the list down to KLEO and Boss, does anyone have any solid experience with both? I also think Socialize should be on the list.

If I were building a community theme and my most important piece was the ability to search and list other members based on profile parameters, which of the above do you think best serves? I guess a little like a dating site.

There is a plugin for that specifically: https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-profile-search/

Check that out and see if that accomplishes what you’re trying to do. Most of these themes are great for building communities of all different types. Which theme are you leaning towards visually?
